Well it has been a month so it is time to see where I am. I have lost between 8-10 lbs. I say between because one day it is YEAH and the next it is WHAT?? And I would like to ask why the doctor's office scales are always heavy?? Is it a conspiracy to make us feel bad?? I have really been paying attention to the food tracker and have really had some eye opening moments about some foods I considered not so bad....ha! Finding time for exercise is always a challenge. I decided February will be my month to become very consistent with that. I also need to find time to meditate again. Why is it that as you grow older you cut out the things that were so good for you? I always do it in the name of "NO TIME" but I know it is really a discipline thing. I must remind myself we all have the same 24hrs in a day and it is our privilege how to use it. So there you have it. February will be a continuation of January with more discipline and inner awareness! Let's do it together!
