The group hiked 2 hours Sunday, and I was not the very last. Almost. I felt fine. I like using poles for balance and someone said poles take some of the strain off the knees. I need that. My good knee hurt, so I rested afterwards.

    I can't wait for Spring here in NY so I can go hiking! Love the sport! I use a walking stick just for a "point of reference". Thanks for sharing.

I am spinning twice a week now and find it very hard. I am not up with the class for sure. However, I do work hard and sweat, so I know I'm working. Sometimes I come home and go to sleep--I'm retired, so that's okay. Sort of.
Anyway, I will see what Thursday brings. The third time spinning was easier than the first two times. Maybe tomorrow will be easier some.
