Yesterday I showed my first loss of 1/2 pound. It felt good. Today that 1/2 pound is back, but I am optimistic that I can reach my goal if I just don't give up. Activity is my obstacle. I don't need to do much to keep the house up, and sewing, reading and beading are sedentary activities. I love to escape into books, but know I must be more active. I can reduce my calorie count a bit more, but starving will just cause a rollercoaster again. My doctor says I will either lose the weight or buy new clothes. I need to drop the weight.
