Oh yes, I'm feeling good!

Although I still have two bandages out of three left on my body, I still did 131 minutes of exercises today. I did a 56 minutes Zumba class, worked my upper body for 30 minutes and I walked my two dogs for 45 minutes. I am so determined to reach the level of how I was felt like a couple of weeks ago. Yes, it was a good day.

My weigh-in was not all that great today nor were the measurements. Of course this is partly due to my being more inactive than usual for the last week and a half. As of tomorrow, I start exercising twice daily -- morning and in the evening as I did a short while back. I am NOT turning the other way again... That's it!

Still healing but on my way to being my old self again!

Although I can still feel the wounds rebelling, I can feel that they are on their way to getting healed. It is so itchy in some areas I would just love taking a steel brush and rub!!! emoticon BUT, I don't think that is the way to go so I will bear with it and continue doing what I can do until I am my old self again. I simply cannot wait but will do what I have to do. Cheers for now!

Week is nearly over...

Yesterday, I managed to take my two dogs out on a walk. Did not go far but at least it took them out of the compound. Upon my return, I did some light weight lifting to just keep the blood circulating. It felt so good and I am looking forward to really being able to do my exercises as I wish.
