Weigh in

Sunday, July 12, 2009

Well I lost another pound+ but the measurements are pretty much the same. My goal for this month was to reach 168 lbs by the 18th but I doubt if I will make that. My goal is to lose 4 lbs a month. I would like to be able to meet with that goal on a continuous basis. Maybe I need to alter things around here... Don't worry, nothing drastic. My food intake is already going down because the weather is getting so hot. My activity level is high. I need to give this a closer look. The battle of the bulge is ON.

Good Job! You have the right attitude to keep it going and coming off. It took me a year and a half to take off 20 pounds. But as you continue to lose, no matter how small, you also develop a different way of life and not a dieting mentality! emoticon

that's right! Don't get discouraged just try something new. I hit plateaus alot when I first started and for me I had to change my workout and make sure I was getting enough protein. Good luck!

Quiet day for me today

Friday, July 10, 2009

Yes, I just did 25 minutes of exercises today. I felt as though I needed to rest a tad more. I won't tell you about tomorrow though. emoticon

Hey I think on certain days 30mins of exercise should include walking to your front door, bathroom or to your car & back. So there, get some rest. emoticonBlessings emoticonDee emoticon

It's unbelievable how it all adds up!

Monday, July 06, 2009

I have been on Spark People for a total of 67 days already. The total fitness minutes recorded for me is 6179! That means that I am doing on the average 92 minutes of exercises per day. Of course, I do take some days off but on some days, I do work out for over 3 hours! This is great.

Last day of the week

Saturday, July 04, 2009

I have had guests at my house twice this week. Although I did not overeat too much, I did which is not too good for the scale... emoticon Anyway, today, I will endeavor to be extremely good and keep within my limits. My weight should be about the same as last week... emoticon That's OK too! At least I will not have put ON weight. Yes, positive thinking is always good.
