# A Numbers Game!

Think of a number between one and ten. Then multiply that number by two, add ten and divide the result by two. Finally, subtract the number thought of. The result will be five. It works evry time.

Apparently I would stare at him with scorn, lead him off to the side with a piece of paper, and explain how the equation worked and how different things cancelled each other out. I was about 7. # March 1, 2011 was my turning point!

Enough is enough! For the last four or five months, my weight has been constant. I know what the problem was but I kept it up anyway. My exercise schedule is still very good as I love to work out. However, my food intake has been somewhat overboard. Although quite generous already, my calorie range being 1550 to 1750, I was still eating more than this.

My ultimate goal is to reach 120 lbs this year and if I am to make it, I need to buck up and keep within my calorie range. I know I can do this as I've done it before. On March 1, 2011, I decided that this was my turning point, therefore dear folks, watch out I'm coming!

# I'm a Hip Hop Grandma!

Yep, today after doing a 40 min stint of Turbo Jam, I felt like dancing a bit soooo, I put on Hip Hop Abs by Shawn T. Man, was that fun or what? I told my niece that I had done it and she says she enjoys doing his workouts also. I will definitely be repeating this again and it's only for 30 minutes.
