Enough is enough! For the last four or five months, my weight has been constant. I know what the problem was but I kept it up anyway. My exercise schedule is still very good as I love to work out. However, my food intake has been somewhat overboard. Although quite generous already, my calorie range being 1550 to 1750, I was still eating more than this.
My ultimate goal is to reach 120 lbs this year and if I am to make it, I need to buck up and keep within my calorie range. I know I can do this as I've done it before. On March 1, 2011, I decided that this was my turning point, therefore dear folks, watch out I'm coming!
