I just finished working out at home. I did one bootcamp, tried some Pilates but stopped because my left knee felt some pain but continued doing some strength exercises. I danced for 30 minutes and then cycled for 10. This afternoon, I do my 2 hour class of Tai Chi. I feel soooooo much better than I did about one month and a half ago.

  Hello Yiche 12 I'm just starting with sparkpeople. I have just found out that I have arthritis in both hips. Certainly caused by the 50 lbs that I have gained since Jan. I just developed asthma and they had trouble getting it under control. I was on high doses of prednisone. Anyway enough whining, I hope to increase my activity level and be able to post a blog like yours soon. Great news that your better and I hope that you continue to improve.

Today, I have gone over my weekly calories burned goal by a significant number. I had to modify my calorie intake to ensure that I consume enough calories to be able to lose weight. Man, this is unbelievable! I AM exercising a lot and AM enjoying it tons.

I was so afraid of stepping on my scale today because I had to attend a wedding yesterday. Well, attending the wedding did not affect my weight at all because I did not eat at all last night when we came home because I was not hungry. No weight gain! Yay!

I did lose one more pound but the inches remained the same. Actually, I had a half inch more on my waist.

This coming week, I will have to step up the exercises a tad more than what I did with this last week. I was pretty good but not as active as when we had the Bootcamp going. Hasta la vista!

In April, before I began the Spark People, I weighed 183 lbs. When I did start SP, I had lost 3 lbs so I began at 180. Today, I have officially lost 10 lbs because I weighed myself at 173! Yaay!!!
