My progress is consistent!

Since June 1st when I started Chrono-nutrition, my weight loss has been consistent. Since then, I have lost nearly 14 lbs. I redid my weight loss report that I keep in my study and if I continue to lose as I have been, I should reach my ultimate goal around July of next year. It is very encouraging to know that it is now less than one year away.

Chrono-nutrition is not a diet but a way of eating. Certain foods have to be eaten at certain times of the day. That is all... Of course, I continue to exercise on a regular basis. We cannot do one without the other.

Well, I did have an invitation on Saturday which did not allow me to exercise but on Sunday, well I took it as a day of rest! I stayed online a lot of the day and started to prepare some challenges in the Team Page that I lead.

However, I MUST, repeat MUST exercise today. No more excuses for today. I do feel and sleep so much better when I do.

    I used to take the weekend off on exercise. Then I added Saturday. That left Sunday , which I only did yoga on. So far it has remained my day of rest. If you don't count 30 minutes of yoga. Smile.!
I start the day off with exercise, get it done, out of the way.
I am wondering how I will cope this winter, when its cold out side and staying in a nice cosy bed might feel better .
Oh well I'll cross that day when it comes.

I made up for the days I didn't exercise!

I did not exercise on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I was active but not with exercise. We entertained this last weekend so I was busy in the kitchen, washing dishes, etc. Today, I exercised for 170 minutes in total which I'm happy about. It did affect my weight loss though because I am still at the same weight as last week. This coming week, it will be exercise every single day without any excuses! Voila! Yes, this is a picture of my progress to date. I have lost over 28 lbs and it shows. My husband was happy to see the difference between December 2008 and now.

Oh yes, I am seeing this to the end...

My progress is slow but the weight is coming off. My husband was mentioning the other day after I had finished my daily workout, that when I will reach my goal, I will be firm and not flabby. He truly encourages me to continue along this path. It is not that I need encouragement because I am determined to do this for myself, but the cheering on is always nice. I am now 7.48 lbs from my mid-weight point. Once I reach there, I will treat myself. Yes, let us continue with this enjoyable struggle (if there is such a thing!). Love you all! emoticon
