Since June 1st when I started Chrono-nutrition, my weight loss has been consistent. Since then, I have lost nearly 14 lbs. I redid my weight loss report that I keep in my study and if I continue to lose as I have been, I should reach my ultimate goal around July of next year. It is very encouraging to know that it is now less than one year away.
Chrono-nutrition is not a diet but a way of eating. Certain foods have to be eaten at certain times of the day. That is all... Of course, I continue to exercise on a regular basis. We cannot do one without the other.
