Since my return from holidays, I have not been keeping tab of all my food intake. Of course, I have been exercising but not as regularly as I should so, to make a long story short, I put on a little bit of weight. Oh, it's not bad, only three pounds, but if not under control, it could add up again in no time at all. 2010 is my year to lose my excess and online with you all, I will succeed. I do plan on exercising for at least one and half hours to two every day minus on Saturday when I take a day off. Also, starting this week, I will keep a record of my food intake. If I want to succeed, I must work at it.
