Excellent day ! Non-fat yogurt with fruit and walnuts for breakfast; salad with boiled ham, peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, chickpeas, dark leafy greens, grapes and grape tomatoes for lunch; whole grain cereal with 1% milk for dinner (love cereal). 43 minutes on the stationary bike at level 14. Lots of water. Somehow I've stopped having my morning and afternoon snacks - not sure what's going on there ..... NO dessert - yay!
