Thursday was a good day with food and water. Didn't exercise because we went out for dinner - I had fish and vegetables and literally three bites of dessert. I haven't ever really been able to follow the SB "three bite" rule for desserts but I managed it last night.

Today has been on track with food, water and exercise (45 minutes between the elliptical and stationary bike) AND no sugary dessert!!

Excellent day ! Non-fat yogurt with fruit and walnuts for breakfast; salad with boiled ham, peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, chickpeas, dark leafy greens, grapes and grape tomatoes for lunch; whole grain cereal with 1% milk for dinner (love cereal). 43 minutes on the stationary bike at level 14. Lots of water. Somehow I've stopped having my morning and afternoon snacks - not sure what's going on there ..... NO dessert - yay!

Sunday was another travel day - food pretty good but had a cream soup for dinner. NO dessert though!

Today has been a good day - food on track, 53 minutes between the elliptical and the stationary bike, plenty of water - NO dessert for me today! I am still thinking about P1 but I'm not crazy about the idea - just wish these 3 pounds would disappear because I am doing all the right things! Patience!

Saturday is going well - food on track, exercise, water .... check. I had a milk shake yesterday as we were in the car for 3.5 hours and I needed diversion! Too bad that I still think of food as a reward .... one day at a time, I guess. I have been really, really consistent and good up until this holiday season and I lost the discipline then for some (no) reason. If the scale hasn't gone down by Monday a.m., it's on to a modified P1 for 1 week to see if that helps.
