Food has been good today, plenty of water, too. Probably no exercise tonight as my DH and I are heading out for dinner - planning on salad, filet mignon and asparagus - flavored tea for dessert, yay!

Post Dinner Update - I had salmon with asparagus and the flavored tea but also shared dessert with DH. It was a nice evening.

Exercised yesterday and today - yay! Food on track both days - NO dessert! Scale not moving - still up 2 pounds from maintenance weight. I gave myself 2 weeks so I'll have to see if P1.5 is appropriate on Friday if some progress isn't made scale-wise.

    Sounds like you are on track. Hang in there and don't get discourage. You can do it. This is a lifestyle change. Remember to lose weight and keep it off set your goals to lose 1-2 ponds per week.
Also remember it is:
80% food choices, portions etc.
10% exercise and
10% genetics.

Sunday was a good day with 40+minutes of exercise and eating right until dinner at DH's parent's house - home made pizza and cake - sent the scale up a couple of pounds this morning - impossible to have gained 2 pounds from a few pieces of pizza so we'll see what happens tomorrow.

Monday has been a good day with SB P2 food and 40 minutes on the stationary bike - NO dessert!

Thursday was a good day - ate right, 40 minutes on the elliptical, NO sugary dessert!

Friday, my DH and I went out for a nice dinner - I had red wine (1 glass), swordfish (sauce on the side, thank you) with grilled squash and SHARED a sinful peanut butter mousse cake dessert with him. It was great!

The scale isn't really moving no matter how good I eat or how consistently I exercise, so I just need to be patient.

Note to self - be patient!!

Ok...it's still Saturday - I had a good breakfast (lowfat yogurt, blueberries/grapes, walnuts with cinnamon), did 48 minutes of exercise (combo of elliptical at resistance 1 - 10 and stationary bike at level 14 on a random program) and am having whole grain cereal with low fat milk for lunch ... so far so good.

Today was another day when I drank my water, did 40 minutes on the stationary bike (resistance 14, random program), ate a clean P2 and NO sugary dessert!! One day at a time!
