Thursday was a good day - ate right, 40 minutes on the elliptical, NO sugary dessert!
Friday, my DH and I went out for a nice dinner - I had red wine (1 glass), swordfish (sauce on the side, thank you) with grilled squash and SHARED a sinful peanut butter mousse cake dessert with him. It was great!
The scale isn't really moving no matter how good I eat or how consistently I exercise, so I just need to be patient.
Note to self - be patient!!
Ok...it's still Saturday - I had a good breakfast (lowfat yogurt, blueberries/grapes, walnuts with cinnamon), did 48 minutes of exercise (combo of elliptical at resistance 1 - 10 and stationary bike at level 14 on a random program) and am having whole grain cereal with low fat milk for lunch ... so far so good.
