Diet Mini Goal: Limit Saturday's "Girls Day" to 2000 calories. Limit all other days to 1,200 calories.

Exercise Mini goal: Get 4 work out sessions in where I burn 300 calories or more each session.

Sleep Mini Goal: Get 8 hours of sleep each night.

I know I posted my accomplishments for the day earlier but I hadn't made it to bed time yet. It is amazing how mental the weight loss game is. I can't count the day a true success until I am in bed, without breaking down prior to bed time.

My body wasn't asking for more today, just my mind. I overcame the mental aspect by simply thinking more about how my body really felt. If I felt a little hungry but it wasn't time to eat then I tried drinking water. Overall having a good eating plan and deploying some copying mechanisms worked.

Truly if I want it enough then success will follow.
