Yes, yes, yes...Day 3 complete. 1 hour 20 minutes of arms, shoulders and abs complete. Feeling good, a little sore but keeping on, keeping on:)

Yoga is day 4 of p90x ...90 minutes long. It is going to be good for my soreness but the strength portion is not going to be easy. 90 minutes. 90 minutes...boy oh boy.

Day 2 complete! I had a house full of ladies and even with an audiance I did it. I am a little sore and feeling really good about this accomplishment. Tommorrow day 3...here I come.

My challenge - 30 consecutive days of p90x lean program.

Today- Core Synergisitcs which is an approximately 58 minutes, fluid video (by fluid I mean very little rest).

My goal is to do the workout in the morning before anything else to prevent against any excuses not too.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED today...by 9 a.m. on a Saturday, without leaving the comfort of my home I have completed my work out.

I was feeling anxious about making this commitment since the p90x program is challenging but what I need to think about is this feeling right now. The feeling of accomplishment, my body feels good, my mind is clear and it is an instant confidence boost. I can do this, it is worth the wonderful feeling I have right now. Prayers, effort, and a little determination is going to get me through the next 29 days!

If anyone is interested in joining me on this challenge please send me a message. We can commit to sending a text or creating a blog post workout for accountability.

Word #1 = Anxiety
Statement #1= Desire to finally lose some weight and get stronger

Committment #1:

For the next 30 days I will follow the p90x fitness program....I will incorporate 120 minutes of cardio along with the p90x program.

I will get up and do p90x in the morning! First thing. No excuses. I will find an interval cardio program to increase my cardio endurance.

WHY DO I HAVE ANXIETY???? Failure in this case is a choice. I am not going to fail.

I will check in tomorrow a.m. when I finished.

Challenging Week Ahead

I am on track. I really am. Finally I feel strong, I found my willpower, I have increased my activity. I am enjoying the food I am eating. Yay....

This week however is a tough one- tonight I went to ladies night, Wednesday I have a wine/food pairing event and Saturday I have friend coming in from out of town for a bachelorette party.

I feel like I can get through this but need some pointers. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know:)
