Embedding the YouTube didn't work, so I'm sharing this link. (If anybody knows how to embed a YouTube into our blogs, let me know, please!). I live my life by the absolute knowledge that God is love. Love is the message of this song. I love this young man's voice and style. I hope you will enjoy it!

A giant farm dog and a tiny piglet cuddle up as if they were family after the baby runt was dismissed by its own mother. Surrogate mum Katjinga, an eight-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback, took on motherly duties for grunter Paulinchen - a tiny pot-bellied pig - and seems to be taking the adoption in her stride. Lonely Paulinchen was luckily discovered moments from death and placed in the care of the dog who gladly accepted it as one of her own. Thankfully for the two-week old mini porker, Katjinga fell in love with him at first sight and saved his bacon.
And the unlikely relationship has made the wrinkly piggy a genuine sausage dog. In these adorable images Paulinchen can even be seen trying to suckle from his gigantic new mum. The two animals live together on a huge 20-acre farm in Hoerstel, Germany, where Katjinga's owners Roland Adam, 54, and his wife Edit, 44, a bank worker, keep a pair of breeding Vietnamese pigs.
Nose place like home: The baby piglet nuzzles up to its new mum. Property developer Roland found the weak and struggling piglet after he was abandoned by the rest of his family one evening after he was born. He said: "The pigs run wild on our land and the sow had given birth to a litter of five in our forest. "I found Paulinchen all alone and when I lifted him up he was really cold.
"I felt sure some local foxes would have taken the litt le pig that very night so I took it into my house and gave him to Katjinga. "She had just finished with a litter of her own, who are now 10 months, so I thought there was a chance she might take on the duties of looking after him. "Katjinga is the best mother you can imagine. She immediately fell in love with the piggy. Straight away she started to clean it like it was one of her own puppies. "Days later she started lactating again and giving milk for the piggy. She obviously regards it now as her own baby." Mum of the year? Quite possibly.
Have a Good Day! Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

Happy, happy, joy, joy!! What a LONG and crazy journey this has been. We don't begin to understand the purpose for the twists and turns of these last four months, but we are REJOICING that the nutsiness seems to be OVER! There are no words to thank you for standing with us, praying for us, encouraging us, sharing your wisdom with us. Lame as the words are, THANK YOU!! You are such awesome friends and I cannot thank God enough for you.
Bill is healthy and comfortable and although the company doctor did is level best to stop Bill from returning to work (something we have come to learn is his practice with ALL patients trying to return to work), Bill HAS gotten his fit-for-duty status and we are awaiting word from his coordinator now as to when he will get back on his ship. We suspect it will be next Wednesday. Having him home for four months has been a challenge in more ways than I can count. Through them all, we have received help from God in untold ways, and we cannot thank Him enough. That we have come through this and have NOT killed one another is a testament to the strength of our faith. lol
It never ceases to amaze me how quickly our friends rally around us no matter what the need is. Very few of you know Aunt Shirley, and yet you have been so faithful to pray for her and to inquire about her. Thank you for that! She is not strong enough to fly back to Pennsylvania until Monday, but she doesn't need to be in the hospital, either. They are going to move her to a local rehab facility today and then fly her directly from there to another rehab facility in Pennsylvania. Those are the plans, anyhow. We've learned that our plans often get changed while we're riding them. lol But as of now, things are much, much, MUCH improved!!
All the way around, we're doing the HappyDance today!!! What a RELIEF to no longer be subjected to the whims and fancies of the company doctor. What a great relief to know Bill has a job to return to!! What a relief to know Aunt Shirley will be recovered enough to get back home! Ahhhhhhhh it feels SO good!!!

First of all, thank you for all the prayers and encouragement for all the pressing needs that keep rising up in our family. We are so thankful for the many friends and family who have stood with us in these difficult times. We are now awaiting word on Bill's Aunt Shirley, hoping she will be released from ICU very soon. We are also waiting for word from Bill's company doctor. HOPEFULLY he will declare Bill fit for duty so he can go back to work! Having no paycheck since mid-February is getting a bit hairy!! God provides for us and we cannot thank Him enough for moving on our behalf.
Today we had the great joy of going to visit our little grandson, Heath. I had to share a few photos with you. For those of you who have walked this road with us, notice how much straighter his eyes are now!! We are just so grateful for that. He's regained all his weight and then some and smiles and waves and claps and is a happy little boy. Thank God!!
This is Bill's cousin, Kathy, who is visiting from Pennsylvania, having fun with Heath.
