Ok, well it's the first of the month, the beginning of a brand new year and my fitness test results are in:
Polar own Index (VO2max) 67: "Elite"
(Was 33: "fair" in October)
Push-ups: 41: "Good" - measures muscular strength and endurance
(Was 32: "Average" in November)
Crunches: 33: closer to "Good" -measures abdominal strength and endurance
(Was 28: closer to "marginal" in November)
3 minute Step Test: 79: "Excellent" -measures aerobic (cardiovascular) fitness level based on how quickly your heart rate returns to normal after exercise
(Was 60: "Excellent" in November)
Hundred Pushups Initial Test: 22
TwoHundred Sit-ups Initial Test: 31
I'm EXTREMELY impressed with my results; I'm getting better/ fitter with every month that I'm here on SPARK... I'll be an athlete yet! lol!!!
