Starting tomorrow I am going to really fill up early in the day. Maybe eat 6 meals throughout the day. I seem to find myself at dinner time with still almost half of my calories to get in. I think it is because I am so accustomed to eating low carb, low fat, etc so my calories just don't add up even though I have eaten enough to fill me up. Maybe next week when my grand daughter is at camp, I will make a list of various meals with all of the proper nutrition so I can just pick and choose.
