Well, today is my weigh in day......I stayed the same from last week. No gain, but no loss either. I'm a little disappointed for not losing, but on the otherhand, I'm happy because I didn't gain from my birthday dinner at Applebees, and lunch at Red Lobster on Saturday. So, overall, I did ok. Well, it's a new week, and I'm guaranteed to lose. I'm going home after work and doing my aerobic exercise video for 30 minutes of high intensity, before I pick up my daughter at school.
My day today is:
bagel w/ Fat Free cream cheese
water bottle (16.9 oz)
Salsibury steak(made for dinner last night)

Yesterday was fun! I didn't get my exercise in though. And my meal plan yesterday, didn't happen. I didn't eat anything I said I was going to. What I did end up eating was the treats that I got yesterday morning. That was it until dinner at Applebees. And I decided on the confetti chicken for 7 points and the dessert, raspberry chocolate cake for 4 points. My daughter ate most of it, which was good, because I didn't need to eat it all. The one thing that my husband and I splurged on was the nachos appetizer. I know I probably shouldn't of, but it was so good. It was worth it. Well, now, I'm back on plan.
Didn't have my fiber one bar and fruit cup. Wasn't hungry. Updated 12:00pm
triscuits (7 crackers) = 3 points
1 TB (home & garden veggie dip)
Smart One Pot Roast Meal = 3 points
carrots = 0 points
grape tomatoes = 0 points
1 TB dip
Not sure yet. Only if I'm hungry at this time.
Haven't decided.....looking for a recipe today to try.

My exercise plan today:
When I get home from work, I'm doing my 30 minute high intensity workout video for 4 activity points. And I'm going to ride the bike for 20 minutes for 2 points. Maybe later in the evening before I go to bed, I'm going to do my walk away the pounds video for a mile walk.

Well, I'm officially 34 today. I don't feel another year older but I am. My daughter made a cake for me on Sunday with gramma, and we're not doing another one today. I don't want a cake. I'm trying to watch the sweets. But, anyways, I'm thinking of telling my husband we're going to Applebees after my daughters dance class to celebrate. I picked Applebees, because then I can get this weight watchers dessert and not feel that guilty about eating it.
Well, as for the search for a green bay packers cheerleading outfit for my daughter, I couldn't find one, but found a shirt that might be a little long, but it should work. She likes dresses, so I guess it'll be a dress on her. GO PACKERS! Sunday is the play offs, and they have to BEAT the NY GIANTS. WE WANT THE PACKERS TO GO TO THE SUPERBOWL.

Yesterday I didn't eat the breakfast and mid snack I said I was going to eat. I just wasn't hungry.
fiber one raisin cereal w/ skim milk = 4 points
cup of mixed fruit = 1 point
apple = 1 point
Smart One Pot Roast = 3 points
grape tomatoes = 0 points
mini delight chocolate molten cake = 3 points (if I'm hungry, special birthday treat)
Not sure what to have yet, either the steak and portabello or the confetti chicken, they are both the same points which is 7.
I like their onion soup = 3 points
And their raspberry cake = 4 points
I might have to splurge once tonight, and get a margarita. Usually I only get one anyways. It would be worth the points on my birthday.

Hello! Today is my weigh in day! Guess What! I lost 1 lb. I was hoping for 2 but it's a loss nevertheless. Yesterday, I was able to get 30 minute of high intensity aerobic video in before I picked up my daughter and her friends at school. My goal today is to do the same thing. I need to get exercise everyday this week. Tomorrow is my birthday and on Saturday my mom is taking me to Red Lobster. I told her that I never had lobster before and that is what I'm getting for my birthday. I'm thinking that my husband and daughter might go out tomorrow for dinner. Not sure where I want to go, but I'm thinking of Applebees, so I can stay on points. I love that place because they have the weight watchers menu. I can even get a dessert for 3 points. So, I'm thinking we might do that. I'm going to let my husband know that tonight. He asked me what I wanted for my birthday, I told him I wanted a DVD: Hairspray, but kind of hinted that I wanted something sent to the office. I didn't say what I wanted, just hinted it. So, hopefully, I'll get something. He use to do it all the time at the daycare when I worked there, but now I'm in an office and he can still do it.
As for today:
fiber one bar = 2 points (wasn't hungry, didn't get to eat this this morning)
unsweetened applesauce w/ cinnamon = 1 point
fiber one raisin cereal w/ 1/2 cup skim milk = 4 points (this either)
Smart one meal = 6 points
1 cup cucumbers = 0 points
1 cup grape tomatoes = 0 points
1 cup skim milk = 2 points
apple cinnamon rice cake = 1 point (love these)
Nachos = I would say total 8 points
w/ chili cheese dip - reduced fat shredded cheese
can of hormel chili No Beans

30 minute high intensity aerobic video for 4 points
stationary bike for 20 minutes for 2 points
