Got this in an email today.. thought it was worth blogging about....
Michael Scholtz says one way to not fall off the deep end into the negative thinking abyss is to train yourself to record three good things that happen to you each day. Sit down with a journal and at the end of the day, record three positive experiences you had. This doesn't have to be earth shattering.
Three positive things that happened yesterday were
Worked out with a great freind
Went bowling with more great freinds
Went dancing with an awesome boyfreind.
