well my trainer took measurements yesterday.... I was pleasantly surprised... I actually gained 3.6 pounds since January... but I lost .25 inch off arm, .75 off waist, and body fat went from 32% to 29% with muscle going from 96.6 pounds to 103.41 and fat going from 45.6 to 42.3 so I gained 7 pounds of muscle and lost 3 pounds of fat....

finally getting over sick

well last week I had bronchitis and ear infection...missed a workout with my trainer because of it.... really sucked.... so Tuesday I thought I was better enough to do my workout again... halfway through it I had an asthma attack ( haven't had one in years) done with workout.... so today I tried again... made it through full workout...so very happy.... next week back to my running schedule.... YEAH!!!!!

well its the first Monday of a new month... time for me to get my butt in gear and get back on track.... I haven't been tracking my food,.. haven't been drinking my water ... the only thing I have been doing is a mediocre working out....

well its time to get my big girl panties on and shape up my attitude....

OMG time to get back on track

The last 2 weeks I have been just pigging out and its not even the holidays yet.... I weighed myself this morning 147.4 I have not weighed this much since June .... Time to get back on track.......

as of today I will

Start tracking my food again
Start walking everyday
More water less coffee
protein shake everyday
no chocolate
no chips

I will not keep this added weight on I will get back to goal
