I just have the hardest time drinking enough water!! I see where some drink the 64 oz a day - how do you get that much down??? I feel like I am doing great when I drink 4 glasses - let's see, that is about 32 oz. I have tried all the "tricks" - iced water, adding a bit of lemon (that works best for me).
So, my goal for this week is to drink the 4 glasses every day. Oh, now I have put it out there - so now will need to actually follow thru and do it!! I do know that it does make a difference in how I feel - and I have noticed that my ankles are not so dry and puffy. Seems like that should be a good motivator. Will see!!
Sunday: 3.5 glasses!
Monday: 3 glasses! - Gotta do better than that!!!
Tuesday: 3 glasses! - Well, I am trying!
Wednesday: 3 glasses.
Thursday: 4 glasses - well, finally. But I feel like I cheated because 2 glasses were orange juice!!
Friday: 4 glasses!! And all water! YEAH!!
Saturday: 4 glasses of water and 1 glass of orange juice
