YOO HOO!! My weight ticker just went down a couple more notches. Have been really watching my diet each day - one thing I am gradually decreasing is cheese - I love cheese!! That has been a favorite snack in the evenings. But, have been eating popcorn. Plain popped in the microwave with a bit of melted butter - and no salt.
And, have been MOVING! Not counting the steps so much, but just moving more and more each day. I love to knit and hand piece quilt tops and read - so do a lot of sitting. But, now limit my sitting time - even have my timer set to remind me to get up.
Yesterday evening Greg came for dinner and a movie. Fixed tacos - his favorite. And, he brought us a BluRay player for our TV. So we connected it and watched a movie from netflix.com. The movie was Legally Blonde 2 - just as good as the first one. Wonder if they will make a #3. Hope so.
Well, my timer just went off!! - So better get off my duff and move a bit - but I will be back!
