Ran errands this morning, CVS, Kmart and Ralphs Market. Then came home and did some wrapping and other stuff around the house. I then ate lunch, made my husband a sandwich and watch "Parenthood" that I had on the dvr from the other night. I then did a Leslie Sansone 3 mile walk dvd, showered, dried my hair and took Phred out for his daily walk. I would like to work on getting that back up to 2 times a day. He sometimes refuses to go, I don't know if he is getting older (only 5+) but he is set in his ways. I also did 2 of Sparks workouts for the January challenge. I have been very careful to keep within my calorie range everyday, mostly on the lower side. Feeling good about getting back on track!.
