So, there are a lot of beans on this menu. Are these canned beans? I do not like canned beans as they seem to be really high in sodium. So am I suppose to prepare a ton of different kinds of beans for these meals? Can I use black beans one week then white beans the next week? Are there different nutritional values to the different beans?
and some of this stuff I have NEVER heard of before!
again, I am not in the postion to go out and buy new stuff because I am dieting...I need to use up the cereal that I have on hand, first...and it is not the cereal being suggested for breakfasts...and I have chickens, so I get fresh eggs...is the nutritional value different for fresh backyard eggs from store bought eggs?
