I weighed myself today. I was planning on making Monday my weigh in day for a week to see if I feel better about seeing a week's worth of progress. So I got on. AND I GAINED AGAIN. What is going on? I've gained a pound in three days but been at the low end of my calorie ranges every day, worked out yesterday and am being completely honest. I have a hard time believing it's muscle because this has only happed in the past three days. Frustration doesn't begin to cover it.
I didn't have my usual "eat anything I want", high calorie day day on Saturday. I'm wondering if this is what I need to jump-start my body each week. Could this be?
