Went all day yesterday with no grains & dairy. And I found out last night, that my shakes are out because they have dairy in them. Oh well - those can wait until I'm finished with this challenge. She did say that if I had already bought them, we could work them in, but I want to do the plan the way she has it.
I am SO tired without these carbs! Jess (the trainer) told us this will probably last for two weeks. She also said our workout performance will probably go down 10% for 1-2 weeks as our bodies adjust.
Boy did I feel that this morning - the elliptical about killed me this morning! I actually had to stop for about 20 seconds halfway through. But I finished. 30 minutes @ 406 calories. May go to the gym after work and do stationary bike, we'll see.
