Until I get married. It really hit me hard yesterday when I was addressing save-the-dates. I HAVE to really hit this hard if I want to lose what I want before that day. No more Junk-Food-Fridays or Pizza Hut on Saturdays. Don't get me wrong, I'll have a day or two when I'll probably eat over. And I'm not banning any certain foods. But I HAVE to committ to this if I want to lose 22 pounds. I'm GOING to lose that 22 pounds.

So...I will be working out today and going to the grocery store to get more frozen fruit for my Body by Vi smoothies. Here we go!

    I just got a nice little update that I am two months out from my wedding. I'm nervous and stressed and feeling overwhelmed. I didn't set a certain amount to lose for the wedding, cause I didn't want to get to the wedding and then go back. I told myself this is a life change not just to a certain date change.
You will meet your goals because you are doing awesome. You're on the right track, you can do this.

    The count down is on. You can do this. Look at how far you have come, don't let those last 22 pounds hold you back.

We bought a coyote hunting DVD that we had seen parts of at Scheel's. Very interesting long range shots. That would be awesome to do sometime. We even have coyotes here in the metro area in Mn. The hunters in the DVD were in Wyoming.
I could hear the cows on the soundtrack and thought of you. The landscape was fantastic, and wide open spaces. You are so lucky.

  I love that graphic, so true! You never regret a workout!

First of all, congrats on your upcoming wedding!! So exciting!! Second, you can do it! You have a totally reasonable goal, workout hard and stay focused, but no matter what, remember how amazing that day is going to be regardless of what the scale says.

    5 WEEKS FOR ME!! I feel like I'm going to everyones blog and saying this...because I'm a blog whore...and because it just doesn't seem real! I felt like I had so much time and now the day is almost here- and I don't even feel ready. Enjoy these next 5 months and 21 days!

Back from Missoula. It was a good week, very productive. But my gut did not like eating out and drinking all week. Oh well. I'm back to my shakes today so my body will get back to normal.

Didn't go to crossfit this morning - I got in around 8 last night and was not going to push myself to get up after several days of long nights.

Did everyone have a great Easter? I did, but we had a cow that ruptured her abdominal wall. The tendon that holds up her stomaches (cows have 4) snapped while she was calving. Usually this means the calf and cow both die. We pulled the calf and the cow lived, too. But, since she can't have another calf, we'll just fatten her up for butcher.

    Welcome back! Easter was good, relaxing and fun. Was out at the gun club doing our Range attendant shifts, so that is done for the year. Good thing that the cow and calf were saved and someone was around when it happened.

No crossfit for this kid this morning

Because I am running a fever, have a sore throat and am exausted. I think I could have powered though a workout but I don't want to get everyone else sick since we all use the same weights and stuff.

I am still going home for Easter. I may end up laying down all weekend, but I AM GOING HOME.

I'll be in an out for a week or so due to traveling. I plan on checking in but probably won't be writing blogs because I'll be using my phone.

Work trip next week. Ugh.

Next week all of us auditors are going to Missoula for our annual meeting. I'll go to the WY ranch tomorrow afternoon until early Monday morning when I leave for Missoula. Easter means lots of food. Meeting means eating out every day at least twice a day. Both of these mean no crossfit Monday & Wednesday next week.

I'm going to try to eat half-portions all next week since I don't really have the means to bring fruit and milk for my shakes. I'm also hoping to do some of the crossfit workouts with bodyweight exercises.

I didn't do my elliptical this morning and probably won't walk to work (crazy windy outside). Might do some cardio tonight, might not. I've been feeling crazy tired lately.

Getting my hair trimmed today! And hopefully getting a new style of bangs. That depends on if Tanna thinks they will look good or not. Can't wait!

    Hope the hotel has a little fitness center. I think you have a good plan though to keep you on track.

    6 Months til the wedding :) I am at 15 Months TODAY TOOO...

Hopefully the hotel you are staying at will have a fitness room then maybe you can get on an eliptical or maybe it will be nice and you can get a few walks in. I know its easy to say when traveling and harder to do.. I could never do it-but its an option.

Ohh and there are a bunch of HITT workouts on youtube that you can easily do in your hotel room

    You can do it! I've been sucking food wise on this vacation, but I am making sure to get in my exercise. A good thing though is after 6 hours on the beach my son has been asleep for 9 hours!
I'm jealous about the haircut! Take pictures!
