Now this is the topic. How much sleep do I get a night? Well if varies from 5 hours a night to close to 8. I don't need the amount I used to need. Because of spark, myspace, live spaces, etc I have a lot to look at and like to at night when everyone is in bed. No interuptions. If you need more sleep and are not getting it then that can be bad for your health and could be dangerous if you drive in your job.
I have not noticed the amount of sleep I get or don't get making a difference on my eating habits. If for some reason my sleep is cut short because of children or something then that is different. But it is very common for me to go to bed at midnight and get up at 6 with no problem. I have even started getting up at 5:30 a couple mornings a week to do some strength training. Other wise I just don't get it done.
So I will continue on with my sleep pattern and watch it closely to make sure I am not sabotaging my self.
