If wishes came true:
This year I wish and really want to keep track of what I eat on a daily basis again. I have let this stop and has made a big difference in eating items I shouldn't. My plan is to week 1 write all items on a sheet of paper, week 2 write items on a sheet of paper and figure out calorie counts, week three start entering food items into spark nutrition again.
This year I wish and really want to bike, walk, step or any other exercise at least 100 miles a month. My plan is for week 1 Monday, Wednesday and Thursday get at least 2 miles; Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday get at least 4 miles these days. Week 2 M, W and F get at least 3 miles; T, TH and Sat. 5 miles a week. Week 3/4 M,W, and F get at least 3 miles; T, TH and S 7
This year I wish and really want to lose at least 1 pound a week. My plan to get this accomplished is based on the things above. By keeping track of what goes in my mouth and getting more exercise this should get the weight coming off. My goal is only 1 pound a week but would love more.
