2nd day of the new year... Did you make a New Year's resolution to lose weight and get in shape? Well there's no time like the present. Early morning workouts are the best! Get up and get to it. Had a great workout this Morning.
Day 2 of this $ grind, it's good to recharge for the year. No school or outside work so I am going to have a very productive day at home. I made my checklist for today and I am on it. Let's GO!! Think it! Speak it ! Work it!!

This Year I'm working closer with my Nutrition Database thanks to Fruits & Veggies—More Matters With Them and Spark I will get these pounds off.
