Sitting in the bleacher at my 7 year old's little league practice, I overhear some mom's talking about the "Couch Potato to 5K" app that one of them has been using to lose weight and train for a 5K. I'm intrigued...I hate running but know that it can be exactly the change that my metabolism needs to "spark" (no pun intended :)
I downloaded it and started this morning...and I will see it's so cool! You can listen to your iTunes and the trainer will chime in and tell you when to run or when to slow down and walk. So far so good...will keep you posted!
