SparkPeople Motivator! WOW!

I was totally blown away to get the email that I had been nominated to the rank of SparkPeople Motivator. I must admit that I haven’t been overly active on SparkPeople since I met my goals last summer! Out living my new life with Sensa has been all consuming at times. Between both girls in school this year, working full time and trying to sleep once in a while and traveling for Sensa when they call… I find little time for much in terms of being online for tracking my progress or maintenance.

I have been using my FitBit since last fall to help me keep up with step tracking and that has been about all I have tracked and I wasn’t even putting that into SparkPeople until recently when I realized I could link the both applications. I watch my food via SparkPeople’s iPhone app whenever I feel the need to reign myself in bit, so I rarely log into the full website anymore.
I would love to say it has been super easy to maintain, but I will admit I still struggle at times, but I try never let it get too far out of control. I don’t think that I am meant to maintain that lowest weight I accomplished last summer, but I am not stressing that. I am fine staying in a clothing size range vs. a weight based range. I am a solid girl and I can live with that. I added a bunch of pictures from the last year of my experiences with Sensa! It has been a lot of fun and I am still forever grateful for how Sensa helped me change my life and even the legacy I can leave my children!

If you have any questions about Sensa, please let me know. I will try to answer in a timely fashion barring all the summer fun we have planned. I am finally there! And here are some pictures to prove it!

125 lbs lost with Sensa over 3 yrs. Lost most of that in the first year, but still lost faithfully though slower after that!
Before - Size 26

After - Size 6

118 lbs lost with SENSA!!!! Happy Birthday to me!

March 20th was my 37th Birthday! I feel younger than ever and am having a great month. Just wanted to drop a line to everyone to show how 3 yrs have changed my life! I have lost 118 lbs with Sensa and I can't begin to explain how my life has been changed in the process! But since a picture is worth a 1000 words, we will go with that, cause I can't even put to words my joy in life at this point.

And GWTRIKER... I do give all the credit to Sensa! It has changed my life and how I live it! I started out just like anyone, changing nothing, drinking my water and lost 30 lbs in 4 months! I am a true believer!

2012 Update!!!

So far so good everyone! I am maintaining nicely! Up and down 5 lbs at times, nothing life altering anymore! I can get it all back off with Sensa by my side and clean eating!

I just really wanted to share my latest Sensa Testimony with everyone. It isn't really new, because it was taped in June 2011, but it is just now being released! So here it is! I hope you like it!

Week 2 - April Challenge Results

I am going to push hard in April to reach new/old goals! I am going to be stricter with myself and I am going to finally break into the 160's!

I am going to stay in a 1400-1500 calorie range! (Easy with Sensa's help!)
--Week 1 - Not so great weekend kicked my average out the window, but been on track all week.
--Week 2 - I averaged around 1600, going up and down during the week. Still having issues with mood impacting my choices.
I am going to get a lot more protien on a regular basis up from 60g to 100g at least!
--Week 1 - Average 125g of Protien
--Week 2 - Average 100g of Protien
I am going to get back on a regular schedule with my exercising!
--Week 1 - Not exactly a schedule, but I did do it. (11 hrs over 7 days)
--Week 2 - Still not a real routine, but I have gotten a lot of steps. 13 hrs over 7 days)
I am going to track it all on SparkPeople!
--Week 1 - Tracked Food and Walking
--Week 2 - Tracked Food and most Walking
I am going to increase my average steps per day(10,000)!
--Week 1 - 9,255 - Not a bad start, but will do better!
--Week 2 - 11,139 - Much better average!
I am going to increase my daily burn via my BodyBugg (2400-2500)!
--Week 1 - Averaged 2504, but not as impressive considering a number of low days and a just one good high day got me that.
--Week 2 - Averaged 2528, but still not consitently staying at 2500, which is my target!

Start Weight = April 1st = 173
--Week 1 - 171.5 (1.5 lbs lost, plus whatever I really put on over the weekend eating out)
--Week 2 - 170.5 - Not really confident in this number, but I am going claim it anyway,
End Weight Goal = April 30th = 165
Goal Weight = 160 (Giving myself till the end of May)

Just posting this as extra motivation, so somebody will know that I am still here and still working hard!

After getting my Digital Display for the Bodybugg, I was really happy, but think it is leading to depression now at how hard I really need to be working to reach my goals vs. how hard I feel like working.

But it did help me get my steps up this week... now if I could just get the calorie burn levels up too!
On to Week 3! Going to try to keep busy this weekend!
