Been crazy busy for a long time now, but it's spring and time to go outside and enjoy.
A friend has offered to do yoga with me 3 times a week, starting this week, been drinking the water, and craving strawberries the last week. Looks like a good time to focus on this again.

It's come to a (somewhat) screeching stop. Why?? Not sure. I walked Monday and Tuesday despite the rain. I've been drinking my water. But the bootcamp videos have been MIA for me for 4 days now. Why?? I could say cos the cats popped my stability ball. But I stopped before that. Low energy?? Not happy at work again?? I know that one zaps my energy fast.
On the up side, I did get my vision collage finished after 9 months on SP. I'm eating between 3-5 veg/fruit a day. Drinking my water most days.
So what's up with me???
I know that logging everything I eat is feeling oppressive to me. I think I'll stick with just logging my fruits and veggies for now and try to keep the munchies down. Need to go to the store tomorrow and buy more healthy snacks. I plowed thru most of it immediately.
Anyone know how to patch a stability ball???? For now, I'll have to do the videos that don't include it instead.
Wish me motivation for tomorrow!!!!!

I walked 60 minutes today, yeah!! And when I weighed in I was down 3 pounds!!
Makes it all so worth it.
Today everything has been easy, the walking, all my water and a big salad for lunch.
Got the strength video to do and I've got today nailed!!!
Everything is looking up and it's just going to keep getting better!!!

Well, didn't get to my cardio today at all. Just the running around at work. I did get in the Bootcamp video at least.
tomorrow, I weigh in, and go walk with my Team Go Team!!
I'll aim for 60 minutes to make up for today.
I've got my long term goals finalized in a way I like, finally, and the mid and short term milestones are coming along as well.
I'll add it to my siganture line soon!!!

Sunday I worked, so I did the day 1 video the night before. I also wrote a blog with my beginnign stats.
Day 2 did the video (OW!!!) ate all my fruits and walked for 40 minutes.
Day 3(today) did the pushups, walked 50 minutes and doing the video tonight.
The next 3 days will be interesting because I work. But I'm walking in the morning tomorrow and getting my veggies in shouldn't be a problem. I'll have to do the video when I get home from work.
Thursday I've got Yoga in the evening and as it's my 1st class, that might count as my cardio (though I know that it's not really) I might be able to walk a bit before hand though. We'll see.
Friday I will need to walk after dark or may move my cardio to Saturday morning. I'll weigh in on Saturday morning and see where I'm at.
