1 pt for burning between 100-499 calories
2 pts for burning between 500-999 calories
3 pts for burning between 1000-1499 calories
4 pts for burning 1500+ calories

These are my 10 things to keep in the front of my mind to become a healthy and strong person.
1. At least 20 minutes of cardio every day, movement is key!
2. Strength circuits 3 days a week. A toned body looks awesome!
3. Exercise the abs/back 5 days a week. It's vital for support, and you look and feel more confident when you have that support.
4. Log your meals every day. It's so easy to over AND underestimate what you're eating.
5. Eat a rainbow every day.
6. Start each day with a smile knowing that you are going to do the best thing for yourself today! A smile can set the tone of your day.
7. Keep the sodium in check.
8. Track potassium and make sure you're in range or darn close! Eating the rainbow helps with this.
9. Step away from the Computer!!! Limit the time spent sitting on your butt!
10. Use positive talk for YOU too! Look yourself in the mirror everyday and give yourself some love!
