So currently I have a 95 day log in streak going. I know that once summer comes, that streak will be broken because we go camping where in areas where internet is not available, but for now, I will see how long I can keep it going.
My workout streak is now up to 31 days, and I'm glad about that!
...And I am starting a new streak - Not eating in the car. So far day 3 is complete. This is good for me because I cannot stop at McDonald's and grab a quick breakfast of lunch. I must plan ahead, and so far so good. So these are the three streaks I am concentrating on now. Of course I am also drinking water and tracking that daily as well.

Ok friends! I have had it! 2013 was basically a year from hell for me, and I ate my way through it. Since August, I have been working at a new job that I really like, and it is now time for me to get serious about my food plan. I have made exercise a habit now, and it is now time to work on eating right. I am committing to you, my friends and family to start to be serious about tracking my food. I will do this as many times a week as I can, but I will strive to do it at least 4 times a week. In reality, I would like to get a streak going with this so to do that I need to track daily.
I will welcome any support I can get! I have the right food in my house to pack healthy lunches, so there really is nothing standing in my way except me. Anybody who wants to join me in this endeavor is welcome, (sisters?, mom?) I offer my support to all of you!

First of all, thanks to all my Spark friends for your support! I really appreciate it.
So, today I got up early to go to the gym, but at the last minute I got involved with doing things around here to pick up, and as a result, I didn't make it, but the good news is, I went the the gym at lunch. Wow, am I glad I did! My leg felt so much better after the 20 minute bike ride! That has motivated me to do it again in the morning. And so the streak begins again! I am taking it slow, because I still have some pain when I do certain things, (like going up stairs), but I will be able to do at least 10 minutes a day again! So happy about that!

Well, I had a 33 day streak going since December 4th, when on Tuesday, I slipped on the floor at the gym coming out of the shower. I did not fall, but somehow I did something to my leg. It felt like the big bone in my upper thigh slipped out of place, and popped back in. It was horrible pain for the first 5 minutes or so, and then I was finally able to get dressed and go to work. But still in a lot of pain. So I have taken a few days off from working out, allowing that muscle to rest and recover. Each day it feels a little bit better, and I'm pretty sure I'll be able to be back at it on Monday. Maybe not full force, but I should at least be able to ride the bike.
So, here's to starting a new streak on Monday!
