That is what it is. He gave me NSAIDs and an arm strap. He said if it doesn't improve with those then he will inject cortisone into the elbow. ACK! This really sucks. Will try riding tomorrow with the strap and see how that goes.

I have an RSI affecting my right arm, so it is aggravating it for riding. :( I go to the doc tomorrow and see what she has to say about it.

Went kayaking on Sunday. No other exercise and I had to miss today as I was driving back to San Antonio. Will have to hit it tomorrow. Got my bike sized optimally for me on Sunday at the bike shop, so hopefully my knees will stop hurting.

I do not understand how Boyd was measuring me! These measurements suck! Since 3/24:

Chest 46 - down 2.25
Abs 43 - down 2
Hips 46.75 - down 2
Quad 23 - down 2.5
Neck 15 - up .25
Shoulders 49 - down 2.75
