Yesterday I woke up with a severe migraine headache. I ate breakfast, drank hot tea, took Aleve, drank more hot tea, soaked in a tub of hot water for 1 1/2 hours, drank some more hot tea, drank some coffee, and rested most of the day. I ate a bowl of soup for supper and then it started going away. By the time I went to bed, I could tell that it was still there. I slept about 71/2 hours. I woke up this morning feeling better, but the headache was not totally gone. Right now I feel pretty good.
