end of phase 2

ok only 2 more days on this phase ive slowed down a little on losing but im ok with that :) b/c im super pumped bc 9 lbs lost in 17days is still rocking :) so its a total of 24 as of now after phase 3 ill start back over with phase 1 and will repeat 1-3 phase until im at my goal weight :) then on to phase 4 to do long term! so fingers crossed i usually get ready to bail about now on a diet b/c i get tired of it but im doing so good so far!

4/28 phase 2 on 17day diet

ok well tomorrow i start phase 2 on the 17day diet im super pumped b/c we are going to get to add back in carbs (the good kind :P) so i think its called calorie cycling or something like taht where everyother day we have carbs but they have to be before 2 so im guessing if im going to eat spagetti it will be for lunch ;) and to be honest i didnt think i could do with out carbs and im hear to tell you if you can push past the first week without refind carbs but like some fruits and veggies have them in them auto so, but anyways youll feeeel so much better i get less headache (well after the first 5 days of this diet LOL ) and i dont feel so luggish anymore! so heres to the 17day diet and my first 15 LBS LOST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

17day diet

ok ive had people tell me thats too much weight too fast but im usually a quitter when it comes to losing weight b/c i dont see results fast enough so im act doing this on my own, yes im whiney some days but i just whine and move on LOL, but im act liking this diet b/c im the type of person that needs rules and boundries or ill slide, there is a little mess up clause so if you bail today just start the first phase over, also there is a 3 biet rule and thats SOOO true b/c if i take 3 bites my craving is usually gone! so far i started at 287 now im down to 274.4 so yay in 4 days i start the new phase lets see how taht goes, its about altenating calories! so fingers crossed :)

  Good Luck. Sometimes you just need something to jump start your weight loss and then you can always try something else. Everyone has different ways of losing weight and what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another.

TODAY im starting

today i am giong to get my butt into gear!! no more later or tomorrows, i did well before and lost 30plus pounds ill do it again even if i have to cry my way through it LOL, so here in a bit going to clean out icebox and then go to the store and get veggies, im goign to do the if you cant eat it raw i prob shouldnt eat it at all, well i know you can eat twinkies raw but i mean before the company cooked them LOL so for awhile this will def be my new saying!

    I like that saying... but don't eat the meat raw! I use raw eggs in my protein shakes! Actually, switched from raw egg whites to egg white international products LOL.

Take one meal at a time and you can do it. Simply put, it is just a choice...

This is a snippet from a SparkPeople article. I am a perfectionist. Perfectionists aren't perfect at all, but we set the standard of perfection for ourselves and if we don't meet that, then it's all-or-nothing. I realized that this is the wrong approach to weight loss. I have to remember to strive for excellence (which is attainable) rather than perfection, which is unattainable.
