Been away for a while now - but have been logging my food for about 6 months...I completely forgot about my spark page and putting something in my blog! I just reread my last blog where I mentioned having a baby. My husband and I have decided that a child is simply not in the cards for us and we are happy being childfree. That being said, I am not happy being so large, and have made multiple changes in my life.
First of all I quit smoking!!!! I quit February 22, 2013. And I didn't even gain any weight! I have been losing weight due to having to go on a strict new eating plan for my diabetes. I must stay low carb now since carbs sharply raise my blood sugar. I don't say diet because it isn't a diet - it is a new way of life for me that I must follow to stay healthy.
I have just started to exercise. I couldn't do conventional exercises and had just about given up hope when I found the chair exercises on Spark People! The are making me feel so good that sometimes I work out twice a day!
