Well, where did I go wrong. I don't even know how to do this anymore....I've been sick this year and have gained about 20 pounds since Feb....I need help so bad.

  Girl, calm down! Don't be so hard on yourself. It's easy to gain weight when you're sick. My main concern is making better food choices more consistently. Once I'm down with that, then I'll get started with a workout plan. And if you wanna be workout buddies, I'm totally down for that!

    Okay, first of all stop and take a breath. Today is going to be the first day of the rest of your life. What kind of fitness program are you doing? Are you following it closely? The people who have the most success here at Spark are those who follow their fitness program RELIGIOUSLY! :) Second, take stock in what you think your problems are. Are you eating too much? What are you eating too much of? Are you snacking on junk food? How can you eliminate the junk food? Are you getting your exercise? If not, why not? How can you put exercise back in your schedule? -- Just take a good long look at your plan, and see what's not working for you. That's what you need to fix. If you don't HAVE a plan, well girl you need to CREATE one! :) You CAN do this!! It just takes planning and perseverence.

Weekend went pretty good

Went for a drive with hubby this weekend...we had a great time...stopped at one of our favorite little roadside hotdog places (the Dip Dog) and I actually behaved myself!!!! wrote down everything and made sure I counted all my cals and was still within goal for the day!!!

Well, I've been sick for several days and can't really exercise...I'm feeling a little better today so I am hoping to get my walk in today

    Hi. Hope you are feeling better. That flu bug stuff is no fun! Be sure not to over do it or you will end up missing even more chances to exercise. I know it is hard to get back to it after you've been sick, but keep up the good work. You can do this!!!
