Today was a really busy day, just trying to get everything done before midnight. Had a pretty decent day today, but I don't think I ate enough for the level of activity I had, but I am not really that hungry. I was running pretty much all day long. Bowled pretty good tonight 154, 172. and 182, but we only won 1 game. Ok, gotta run, still some housework I want to get done before I go to bed. Have a good night all.

Ok, today was my day for the month to eat whatever I wanted to eat. I had 2 pancakes with sugar free syrup and 3 brown and serve sausages (went to a pancake breakfast that the boy scouts were doing). Then had some tostitos and salsa, and for lunch, and I will have again for dinner, a slice of buffalo chicken pizza and a Dr. Pepper (I have not had one in almost 3 months), and then for dessert, I am going to have a brownie sundae, a very small one. After dinner tonight, I got some fresh fruit to eat.
So while I probably didn't make the best choices, I feel that they were not very bad, and like I said, I think that I am going to do this once a month, that way I do not feel too depraved of things that I like. I am going to only take 1 serving of the stuff that is not so good for me, and not go overboard.
I am also going to go home tonight and do the 3 mile walking tape. I think that will make up for any damage that I did today!

WooHoo, I think that I had another major breakthrough! Last night I was so craving something chocolatey and gooey, and there was one of those microwavable chocolatey, gooey Betty Crocker deserts in the pantry, and I RESISTED the calling! Every time that I thought about going and getting it and making it, I also thought, is it really worth the effort that it is going to take to work it off! (If you read yesterday's blog, you would really know what I mean!) I also have to say that even if I would have eaten it, I would have been within my calorie range for the day, but at the very high end.
I have been trying to do really good during the week, so that on the weekend, I can have the extra treat, without going crazy.

Today is the first really cool day that we have had in a long time. It was dark when I got up this morning, because it has been overcast and rainy all day. I really did not want to get out of bed this morning. Oh well, I got up and got moving. Had to really rush around this morning, because I had to run my son to a friends house 30 min away before work, and of course it was in the opposite direction of work. And I have to go pick him up after work. Ughhhh makes for a long day. I thought about not exercising this evening, because I will be getting home about an hour and a half later then I usually do. But I think that instead of just blowing off exercise all together, I will at least go home and do the 15 min mile tape that I have. It won't be much, but at least it's something.

Ok, 10 days into the month, and I have been doing pretty good with the goals that I have set for myself. Exercise gets easier and easier to do every day. I feel more cheated when I don't exercise, so I get up and go!
