This morning my hubby and I got into a huge fight. It was not pretty, but one of the things that he said was that he didn't know why I was wasting time exercising. Grrrr, it made me so mad, that I almost didn't today.
That would have been stupid. After he left for church this morning, instead of going in and doing the bootcamp video like I was going to, I started cleaning up the kitchen instead. As I was cleaning, I started to calm down, and thought to myself, wait, you are not going to throw away 3 weeks of hard work just because he is being a jerk, (I used a stronger word, lol). I have done the bootcamp everyday, and I almost threw that away today. Well, when I finished cleaning the kitchen, I went into the den and I did the bootcamp. I think that I even worked harder today because I was so mad that I almost let him throw away the hard work that I have done this month.
I left for work today and did not even say goodbye. I didn't even talk to him before I left, I just left. I don't even know if I will answer the phone if he tries to call me today. I just don't know what to do. I know that we are going to have to talk about this, but I know that it is not something that I can do today.
I just don't know what to do. It seems that he does his thing, and I do mine. And once in a while we do things together. It just doesn't seem that we are really together anymore, just kinda like roommates with benefits.

Today was lower body. These exercises seemed so easy today. It is truely getting better! Woohoo!
I put a pair of shorts on that I haven't worn since the beginning of the year today, and where they were tight before, they are fitting just right now! Woohoo! That is progress.
On my local team, one of the challenges is to blog about something that you like to do. I am going to talk a little about bowling. What a surprise, huh?
I have been bowling for over 20 years now. Many of the years in just one league, but some of the years, I was bowling in 2. It is not a hard sport to learn, and if you don't have your own equipment, you can borrow it from the lanes. I do have my own ball and shoes. It is a game that can be very frustrating, like this morning when I was bowling out, my first game was a 127. Grrrr. My average is 174, so I was way below average. I kept hitting splits and not picking up the spares. Luckily, I figured out what I was doing wrong, and my next 2 games were 178 and then 190.
In league play, you roll 3 games and then have total pins for a total of 4 games for the night. Our league is fun. We have some teams that have been around for quite a while, and other teams are new. We always have a lot of fun getting together once a week and spending time with our friends.
Here are some of the highlights of my career. I don't remember dates that I did them though.
Rolled a 279. (This one was last year)
Rolled 3 200 games. (I have done this twice now)
Rolled an all spare game.
our team won the league 2 times

Ok, so I forgot to post a blog yesterday, so I am adding comments from yesterday's bootcamp to todays blog.
For yesterday Day 17, it was the upper body workout. I love this workout. I am starting to see small changes in my upper arms. I am starting to see some definition!
For the cardio yesterday, I used the Wii Active, and it was another good workout.
Today Day 18 of the bootcamp was for the core. I finally figured out if I put a small pillow under my knees, it gives me enough cusion that my knee does not hurt when I do the exercises, so I was able to do them all the way coach Nicole showed them! Woohoo! It was a good workout!
I also did the Wii Active again. I am loving the 30 day challenge on it! It gives me a great total body workout, and I am moving and getting it done! I also scrubbed one of my bathrooms today, even getting down and doing the floor by hand. I also made sure that I cleaned all the baseboard as well.
Overall so far with this bootcamp, I am doing good. The scale is not moving like I hoped it would, but it is moving down a little at a time. Hey, slow and steady is the way that I want to take this weight off, so it will stay off. I am noticing a difference in the way that my clothes fit though, that says a much different thing then the scale. The pants are looser through the legs, and even a little looser in the waist. My shirts are roomier. That is real progress. I have a lot more energy and look forward to the workouts in the morning.
I know that I still do not have the nutritional aspect down, and am still struggling with my salt intake, but it is getting better as well. I love salty foods way more then I like sweet stuff, so that is my biggest downfall. I am trying much harder, eating a lot more fruits and veggies in order to beat down the salt cravings. It is working a little, and I will continue to work on it. One of my goals this year was to start tracking my food again, and I am now on Day 20 of tracking!
One of my friends that I work with has been out of the office since before Christmas due to surgery. Well, she came back this week, and said to me that I am looking thinner. I just looked at her, because I can't believe that she would notice when I really have not lost much weight since I have seen her last. But again, I am noticing a difference in the way the clothes are fitting, and she must have noticed that too! Woohoo!

Today was the lower body workout, and I nailed it. I really like the lower body exercises, and the Wii Active does a lot of them! Today was a rest day on the 30 day challenge that I am doing on the Wii Active, so instead I took advantage of the beautiful day to help my neighbor bring wood in for their wood stove. We worked up quite a sweat, and got some good exercise in too! Woohoo! I also got some work done around the house that needed to be done.
