Because of how late I got bootcamp done yesterday, I did not get to blog about it. Day 9 went well. A great lower body workout. Also got the bonus video in too. I liked that one as well. I had been tired before doing the exercises, but once I got started, I was fine! Woohoo!!! I do still prefer to do them in the morning though!
Day 10 was good! I love the upper body workouts, and even after just one week, I think I am starting to see some definition! Today, I was moving all day long, and did not get a chance to snack. I had today off work, and got a lot accomplished. I am going to go post my food for the day, I might have some room for a serving of ice cream! Woohoo!

So, I didn't get to do the bootcamp soon after I got up today. There was so much to do today, that I didn't get it in until 10:30 this evening. I kept thinking about it all day though, and how I missed not doing it first thing this morning. Very strange for me. In the past, it wouldn't have bothered me that I missed a workout, LOL. I am very committed this time to getting it done!
Sundays are usually somewhat quiet around here, but this one was a busy one! Church, then lunch, then a bowling tournament my daughter was in, dinner with my parents and then back to the bowling lanes so that I could bowl in my league. And in between all of that, I got my son's room cleaned and the laundry half way done. It really made for a full day today. But it is good. Didn't give me much time to snack and kept me moving.

Wow, Day 7 already, one whole week down. Today's bootcamp was for the core. I really liked it, the last part was a little hard for me to do, but I did the easier version and got it done.
*************My goal is by the 4th week of bootcamp to be doing the medium intensity of the exercises that I am having difficulty with.*************
I am finding that by getting up in the morning and doing exercising as soon as I can, I am staying on track and feeling better. I have so much more energy, and the scale is finally moving in the right direction again.

Completed the boot camp video and the cardio for today! What a great workout! My energy level is going up, and I am feeling so much better since I have started the bootcamp and working out more. Plus, I was down 2 pounds today! Woohoo!!!

Day 5 went well, I love that lower body workout. It is deceptive. I think it is an easy exercise routine, but it really gets you working! Love it!
