Still doing Curves and just came back after clocking in at 325 times emoticon
and still loving every minute of the 45 minutes. It helps keep you motivated with your fitness and hopefully eating habits. You meet so many nice people at Curves and each one helps one another. I really don't blog very much, as you can tell, but just thought i would put this one in.

Friday, June 12 09, just came home from excersing at Curves, which the computer just scanned me in as coming 100th sign ins! emoticon I feel like I have accomplished something good for myself. emoticon

June is a new month

I have been on the Spark's site since February and not getting much success in changing my eating habits. This month i am going to get myself closer to goal through proper portion control and tracking more faithfully.

I will stop beating myself up, if I miss a few times.

I aim to lose 1/2 lb a week.

I am doing Curves 5x a week and that is a plus and the two week-end days, i plan on walking 2 miles.

This is my June assignment. emoticon
