OK everyone today was official weigh in and I am proud to say I made the scale move, and I made it move 5 lbs.
As you all know me I had hurt my back over a week a go and I was not getting in the normal work outs at the gym. As my back was feeling better I started doing little workouts home off of demand.
It worked, OMG I can't believe it.
Now that I am back to the gym I am stepping it up a tad, trying new machines and taking different classes. My new obsession is my arms. I saw a trainer that had nice arms and I want mine to look like hers. So I am doing my normal circuit routine then bumping it up at bit on the arms. Anyone want to buy a ticket to the gun show LOL LOL
I am still battling the calorie issues I am not getting enough calories every day. I am trying new recipes from spark people, which gives me an idea of what the calories will be so I can better plan out my day.
I never thought I would utter these words "I Missed The Gym"
Well tomorrow is going to be a busy day, I am getting up early for the gym. when I say early I mean 6am, after a few hour workout, its a hike up the turnpike to one of my offices for a meeting. I am hoping to get home early enough so I can take a walk with my puppies. They are so much fun to take to the park. I bet alot of the people in the park laugh at us walking our dogs Harley goes straight, Lola goes left and Gabby "look something shinny' she goes every which way (inside joke)
OK everyone wish me luck, I'm about to kick my sisters butt again this week
