OMG I thought I was going to die!

Thursday night my sons girlfriend asks if we want to do a step class, we were like sure.

So Friday morning I did my first step class today. What was I thinking?? I have been working out at the gym for the last few weeks so I thought my endurance got a little better. HA HA HA wake up Melissa and smell the coffee.

First of all I did not realize it was an advance class, so I start the work out,step up, step down, step over switch legs BLAH BLAH BLAH... It was going good then she started to add these hops and twists and I was like (B) you make me do one more of those I am going to kill you HA HA .

Wait it gets better she has us start running, excuse me I don't run, well not yet. So while everyone else is running I keep moving to keep my heart rate up. I really busted a sweat (for me).

Ok the music stops and I think cool this class is over, NOT she tells us to get weights and she has us do all this kind of bending and squatting and lunges, crunches with weights OMG.

Well I survived the class and you know what? I really think I will take her class again.

I ate enough calories- I drank plenty of water and I exercised.

Tomorrow is an easy day
I am going to walk the board walk at the NJ shore eat healthy food and have some fun.

Back to the gym on Sunday

    ISN'T IT NICE TO BE CHALLENGED WHEN YOU LEAST EXPECT IT......LOL...That is how I felt about spinning. Girl I was like HELL to The Naw what are these people thinking.....my azz hurts....but you know what I love it. I feel you so much on this post......I am laughing my azz off right now.
Gurl go back and keep going. what don't kill us makes us stronger. emoticon

Myself, I think I'll pass on Sculpt and Scream class and stick with the yoga.

Even though I did not feel good I did get up and go do my work out. It was not as intense as I normally do. emoticon I was looking over some of my friends recipes and I came across this Slow cooker taco stew. It was awesome, I changed it up just a tad. I used ground chicken, half of the corn. Did I say It was awesome?My son really enjoyed it and went back for seconds. Only thing I would do different is add a little more KICK to it next time.

Tomorrow is another up early day and off to the gym, I have a busy day and need to plan out my meals because I will be on the run most of the day.

DId not eat enough Calories yet today still have another hour or so to get them in, drank plenty of water today.

FAT Tuesday! !

Hello everyone,

Today is Fat Tuesday an I wanted a donut so bad, well I went to the gym and worked my ass off this morning (7:30am) doing 21 miles on the bike and my weight training. After the gym we cruz over to Dukin Donuts to get the "donut" then cruz to wawa for the hot chocolate. Bring them home sit down and get ready to savor my well deserved "donut" Well I bite in to it and think wow this really does not taste as good as I thought it would be. So I took a few more bites expecting it to start to taste better well there it was disappointment. I think my golden retriever is happier then I am, she got the other half.

So I guess later on I will take a walk or maybe do some aerobics.

Well off to work

    I'm glad I read this. All morning, I've been thinking of paczki! I just had my first one a couple of years ago and oh my, how delicious! I have entertained the thought of calling my SO and having him stop by this fabulous bakery several hours from here and bring some home. It very well may not taste that great to me anymore. Now, I'll just eat some healthy foods instead. lol Enjoy your day!

Well guys it was back to the gym today. I was on the stationary bike today and did my 15 miles like I wanted to, but I felt like I still had a little more left in me so I stayed on longer and did 6 more miles a total of 21 miles wow I can't believe I did it. The legs were a little hard and I was wobbly but I managed to go and do some weight training on the machines.

I did really good with drinking water but could drink a tad bit more. I just made my calories if I didn't have that Jello sugar free pudding I would have been way under.

I notice my pants are getting bigger and my boobs are getting lost in my bra LOL LOL but I just can't get that scale to move like I want it to.

I'm not getting discouraged I will keep pounding away at the bike and the machines.

Goal for tomorrow are pretty much the same
eat ENOUGH calories
drink plenty of water
ride 15 miles on the bike ( If I can do more I will)

    Go girl go! It would be nice to ride bikes together at the shore this summer. This way it will be a brezze for us. Your legs are going to turn into rocks!!! Dinner was great tonight. Nice pick!

A day off from the gym

Hello everyone,

Took a day off from the gym and went to the NJ Shore and walked my puppies on the beach. WOW it was freezing not just chilly it was freezing. I had a hoodie on and a jacket. I think if it was not so windy it may not have been sooo bad.

I wanted to walk the boardwalk but I didn't get to do that. But I do have to say the puppies had a great time running around on the beach.


Even though I took off from the gym I stayed in my calorie range I drank plenty of water and I got some fresh air.

Tomorrow back to the gym
Drink plenty of water
Eat enough calories
and ride 15 plus miles on the stationary bike
