Even though I did not feel good I did get up and go do my work out. It was not as intense as I normally do. I was looking over some of my friends recipes and I came across this Slow cooker taco stew. It was awesome, I changed it up just a tad. I used ground chicken, half of the corn. Did I say It was awesome?My son really enjoyed it and went back for seconds. Only thing I would do different is add a little more KICK to it next time.
Tomorrow is another up early day and off to the gym, I have a busy day and need to plan out my meals because I will be on the run most of the day.
DId not eat enough Calories yet today still have another hour or so to get them in, drank plenty of water today.
Goals for tomorrow
eat enough calories for the day
drink plenty of water
ride at least 15 miles on the bike (more if I can)
