I did it I ate enough Calories I ate a little more then I normally do but still stayed in my range.
I did 15 miles on the bike today. My sister she did 15 also and she was so wet we could have wrung out her shirt. I wish I could sweat like that.
I could have drank more water today, but tomorrows another day.
If it is a nice day tomorrow NO gym its my day off. I'm going to walk the boardwalk instead , I'll go sunday
Same goals ride 15 miles on the bike- do some weight training- drink plenty of water - and eat enough calories.
