another good day

Hey everyone,

I did it I ate enough Calories I ate a little more then I normally do but still stayed in my range.

I did 15 miles on the bike today. My sister she did 15 also and she was so wet we could have wrung out her shirt. I wish I could sweat like that.

I could have drank more water today, but tomorrows another day.

If it is a nice day tomorrow NO gym its my day off. I'm going to walk the boardwalk instead , I'll go sunday

Same goals ride 15 miles on the bike- do some weight training- drink plenty of water - and eat enough calories.

Fighting the Calorie Devil

Hello everyone,

Well I did get up early and go to the gym I wanted to ride the bike 20 miles today but I did not accomplish that, I did do 12 mile though. I was having technical difficulties with my bike. I decided to switch bikes and that was even worse HA HA had a man next to me that was just annoying (long story) so I got off the bike and went and did about a half hour of weights.

I drank plenty of water but I did not eat enough calories today. I am about to go downstairs and get a little healthy snack.

Ok tomorrow is another day lets try it again

Ride the bike for 15 miles
drink plenty of water
and eat enough calories

OMG I finally ate enough Calories!

Hey everyone,

I been having a problem with eating enough calories through out the day.

Well today was a break through and I ate enough Calories.

Today was really good day, even though I had to spend the day in a ALL day meeting I still made good choices at lunch. I even splurged and had a piece of birthday cake.

The best was after work, My sister and I went over to a friends house and moved her furniture out of the way and did YOGA ! HA HA HA I am the least flexible of the group but it still felt really good.

After Yoga we mad a delicious meal (well really Dottie did) I just help cut up the tomatoes and the salad which was fun because we were all joking and laughing and listening to some good music ( the best song was the chicken dance LOL LOL)

To add to the night Kathy got a new Puppy Desi and I had fun taking him out of his pen.

In all today was a great day.

Tomorrow is another day off to the gym early and try to eat enough calories for the day.

My goal for tomorrow drink plenty of water-eat ENOUGH calories and ride for about 20 miles on the bike.
