Had a great day. Went for a walk along the trail 2 times today. Took some pictures and enjoyed it very much. Had a friend go with me it was great. Hoping to do it again tomorrow weather permitting.

I saw ducks on my walk today too...tomorrow I will bring my camera along...can't wait to share my pictures of my walks ...my friend Sharon (the one with cancer) gave me one of her camera's today...I am honored because she has the love of taking pictures...as I do...and now I will have a camera that was her's. Had a good day today. Went for a walk 2 times, got caught in the rain the first one. It was a wet, foggy day but all in all was good. Fell asleep so didn't get my reports done..

Had a pretty good day today. Had company all afternoon and the nite. So I just relaxed today cause of the problem I had with my knee locking on me last nite, didn't want to overdo it today. Had some pain today but I put ice on it to try and get the swelling down and it did help.. All in all a pretty good day.

I had to cancel our weekend trip for this week, cause my sister in laws baby sister passed away yesterday and is getting buried on the day we had planned to go their. But today was a pretty good day though after I got mom to realize the reason why I didn't want to go this week until next week..I had to do extra exercises on my leg tonight cause it locked up on me and boy did it hurt, with hot water and exercise i got it released.. now I am ready for the nite..

Had a really good day. Went to get some groceries, out for supper at a friends house and played some cards. It was great to get out for a couple of hours. I really enjoyed myself. The only thing was I didn't get home until very late, so I didn't get my stuff done.. I know, no excuse. but I was tired when I got home at 1:00 am.. so I just went off to bed.. but I really did enjoy myself..
