I have been very busy going through my emails since I got back on-line. After all I had nearly 7000 emails. It is so nice to read and appreciate all that have given me goodies, left messages on my infrequent blogs and left messages on the friend's feed. The support, encouragement and help was all there waiting for me when I got back on-line. It was very appreciated
Now I need to get myself back into order and start this journey again. As it is a journey and I do need to be accountable to myself. On here I have to tell the truth it is so much easier to lie to yourself when you are not accountable.
So reaffirming my goals to myself
Exercises a minimum of 5 times per week
This will be made up on going to my exercise class Monday and Thursday for between 1 to 1 1/2 hours on these 2 days.

Weekend will be what I want to do
Nutrition Calories between 1300- 1500 per day
fruit 2 /3 pcs per day
6 vegies per day.
