yes my new scales are digital and because of my problems I have had in the past I have body movement. I have written about this before in another blog. Although my old digital ones worked fine so I don't know if these are more sensitive or not. I have just put my 4 kgs weights on it and they worked fine then I stood on them and could not get a reading.
Thursday calories 1421 plus 1 hour of exercise re exercise class
Friday 1286 calories no exercises.
Plan on doing exercises tomorrow.
I will try to weigh in the morning, I will not hold my breath though. LOL

I was having trouble with my internet yesterday as I could not log or get my emails. This morning I found one of my cords was nearly out and yet the phone was still working which is using the same line. That is why I was quite on here. LOL.
Everything is going well. Worked really hard at my exercises this morning.
It is starting to get hotter here now so it is good weather for salads.
Hopefully I will be able to weigh on Saturday so see how much damage I did to myself without my computer and at the same time I has no scales. It was all happening.
So now I have the new computer and new scales, however each time I have tried to weigh I must be moving too much as I can't get a reading.
Met my goals for yesterday

Worked really hard in the exercise class yesterday, Mondays seems to harder as there are only about 5 to 8 people there then so Bronwyn can do more things with us. Thursday there is about 20 to 25 there. Little bit sore today, so I am going to do a lighter exercise day today. I will do a couple of videos, a chair one or chair dancing and one day bootcamp. See how I go.
Love the new computer, I don't know how I put up with the old one for so long LOL. It was so
slow, couldn't watch any of the exercise videos because they wouldn't load properly and I couldn't hear them anyway. I think I was living in the dark ages. To anything before it was taking me so long to do it. Sow it is so quick and I am saving loads of time so I can do more things LOL.
I am so glad to be back on Sparks because I have become more positive again that I can lose the weight. Thanks for keeping me motivated. You all deserve a pat on the back from me.
I have been very busy going through my emails since I got back on-line. After all I had nearly 7000 emails. It is so nice to read and appreciate all that have given me goodies, left messages on my infrequent blogs and left messages on the friend's feed. The support, encouragement and help was all there waiting for me when I got back on-line. It was very appreciated
Now I need to get myself back into order and start this journey again. As it is a journey and I do need to be accountable to myself. On here I have to tell the truth it is so much easier to lie to yourself when you are not accountable.
So reaffirming my goals to myself
Exercises a minimum of 5 times per week
This will be made up on going to my exercise class Monday and Thursday for between 1 to 1 1/2 hours on these 2 days.
