Had a lovely quite weekend. Basically over my flu now at least I am not wheezing anymore.
I need to start doing more exercises again, I am walking heaps because I can do that in short bursts. Back to exercises tomorrow afternoon, I have missed this heaps.
Food is going good, sorted out some of the problems that I was having with the protein, carbs and sodium. Learnt some more things fromt he dietitian that I see about the food that I am eating, so that has helped.
Ended up putting on 1 kg again because of the lack of strength and cardio exercies.
One thing I noticed while i had this flu is that I didn't eat too much before I would eat whatever I could get my hands on. Now I had to tell myself to eat my meals. I have also noticed that I am not emotionally eating anymore either.
I have come a long way from when I first started on this journey.
Steps again for the week was just over 60,000 steps, a week ago when I was sick was just 30,000 steps. so proud of me. I have come a long way.
I have made lots of little changes, such as when I am out having a meal now I will divide the chips in half and only eat half of them. The other day I asked for half the cheese on the meal i decided to have. So half the fat. i really don't care now if I eat the whole meal or not now, I can leave some and not feel guilty.
I will have meatless meals now, never thought I could give up some of the meat.
I have been told that I still have to eat meat everyday but I have cut it down.
I am going okay, blood test in about 1 week time so that will tell if I have been a good girl. LOL.
