Hi everyone, thank you for all the positive comments on my last blog.
5962 steps plus 1000 chair marching steps
60 minutes of walking
30 minutes of strength. including calf raises, boxing, core work on ball, seated leg extensions, squats and stretches

eating is really good and I am not eating empty calories.
Just made a pizza using 1/4 cup white sauce with garlic, zucchini, capsicum, onion, and 25 grams of lite cheese on a pita bread base and it was quite nice. The white sauce is because I am not allowed tomatoes so this was the next best thing. Saw it on the Net about using this as a base. So a fairly healthy meal.
Have another one tomorrow (made 2). Did you see no meat. Ya for me.
So today I have been quite busy with housework, washing and the cooking, now I need to do some exercising. LOL.
Another goal I just worked out for April
7. 7000 steps times 30 days is 210,000. How close can I go. Wow something to aim for
